"Sony FE 24-50mm F 2.8 G: Balancing Lightness and High Quality"

Over the past 2 weeks, I've had the opportunity to test out the Sony FE 24-50mm F 2.8 G lens, the latest Normal Zoom lens from Sony that brings a sense of normalcy.

Using this lens feels akin to handling a lightweight kit lens like the Sony FE 28-60mm F4-5.6, weighing just 440 grams. When holding this lens, I can comfortably take photos without feeling burdened, even during extended periods.

In terms of image quality, this lens strikes a balance between the Sony FE 28-60mm F4-5.6 and the Sony FE 24-70mm F2.8 GM, offering both portability and image quality. Covering a range from 24-50mm, it's versatile enough for various street photography situations.

Moreover, its wide aperture of f/2.8 throughout the 24mm to 50mm range increases the chances of capturing good quality images in low-light conditions. Because in street photography, besides capturing the right moment, image quality matters too. Only then can we truly call it a good photo.
